About Kathryn

Hi, I'm Kathryn. I'm a mum of two boys and I'm dedicated to supporting parents to manage their mental health and wellbeing as they deal with such the huge life change that comes from the moment you start planning for parenthood.

I find that parenthood challenges our emotions more than anything we have experienced before.
The journey to parenthood is filled with 'what ifs' and so much uncertainty. When our children are here we intensely feel everything that our children feel and find so many possibilities to worry over.

When we feel anxious we try to control our world, it helps us feel safe. However parenting is about continuous change and trying to stay in control is rarely helpful. I believe in the power of adapting to our changing circumstances by learning strategies that can help us to manage whatever thoughts and feelings show up. I'm passionate about helping parents to find the joy and connection in daily life and finding their own voice and developing confidence in their own decisions.
I truly believe that the skills we can learn together will see you through the rest of your life. Not just as a parent but to also give you the ability to flexibly approach all areas of your own life and live in the way you choose that is right for you and your family.
